2. Information We Collect
PoseSnap does not collect, store, transmit, sell, rent, or share any personal information whatsoever about its users. The developer does not collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, postal address, precise or approximate location data, IP address, device identifiers, advertising IDs, hardware information, installed application lists, usage statistics, behavioural analytics, crash logs, diagnostic reports, or any other category of personal or non-personal data. No accounts, sign-ups, or logins of any kind are required to use the application. 3. Camera Permission
PoseSnap requests access to your device's camera for one purpose only: to display a live camera viewfinder on the screen together with a pose silhouette overlay that helps you compose your shot. The camera feed is processed entirely on your device in real time and is shown only to you on the screen. No frames, video, or images from the camera preview are captured, recorded, saved, uploaded, transmitted, or shared with the developer or any third party. A photograph is only ever captured when you explicitly tap the in-app shutter button, and any photograph taken in this way is saved directly to your device's local gallery — nowhere else. You may revoke camera permission at any time by opening Android Settings → Apps → PoseSnap → Permissions and disabling the Camera permission.
4. In-App Purchases
PoseSnap offers optional one-time in-app purchases for additional pose packs through Google Play Billing. All payment processing for these purchases is handled entirely and exclusively by Google Play. The developer of PoseSnap never receives, sees, processes, or stores any payment information, credit or debit card details, bank account information, billing addresses, or any other financial data belonging to you. Any in-app purchase you make is governed by Google Play's own terms of service, privacy policy, and refund and dispute policies, which apply in addition to this Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Services
PoseSnap uses a small number of third-party services strictly to provide its core functionality. Each is described below:
- Google Play Billing — Handles all in-app purchase transactions. PoseSnap does not access, view, or store any payment data. Use of Google Play Billing is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
6. Data Storage and Security
Because PoseSnap does not collect any personal data, there is no user data stored on any server, database, or system controlled by the developer. Purchased pose packs and any application preferences are stored locally on your device, within the application's private storage directory protected by the standard Android sandboxing model. At no point is any personal data transmitted to or stored by the developer.
7. Data Retention
The developer retains no user data because no user data is ever collected. Any locally stored pose packs, settings, or cached files exist only on your device and are automatically removed when you uninstall PoseSnap or clear the application's data through Android Settings → Apps → PoseSnap → Storage.
8. Children's Privacy
PoseSnap does not knowingly collect any personal data from any user, including children under the age of 13 or under the age of 18. The application is considered safe for use by all age groups. Because no personal data is collected from anyone at any time, no special parental consent mechanism is required for the application to operate. 9. User Rights
